Talent Bank Form - Citizen Participation The Berryville Town Council invites all citizens who are interested in serving on any board or commission to fill out and submit a Talent Bank Form.  Completed forms remain on file and are reviewed by the Town Council when they are preparing to fill vacancies on town boards and commissions.
