The Town of Berryville is governed by a six member Town Council, with the Mayor and Recorder elected at large and one Council Member elected from each of four wards. Town Council members are elected for alternating four-year terms. Elections are held on the first Tuesday in May of each even numbered year. The Town is managed by a Town Manager who is appointed by the Town Council.
The Town of Berryville encourages all of its citizens to stay informed about the workings of their town government. Everyone is encouraged to attend the meetings of the Town Council and the other boards that serve the community.
