Water and Sewer Fees and charges
On September 13, 2022 the Berryville Town Council held a public hearing on proposed changes to the Town of Berryville’s Schedule of Water and Sewer Fees and Charges. Those changes were approved and will become effective November 17, 2022.
The approved changes of the Town of Berryville’s Schedule of Water and Sewer Fees and Charges include increases to the:
monthly water administrative and facilities fee (from $12.34 to $18.07),
monthly sewer administrative and facilities fee (from $7.22 $9.65),
water and sewer availability fees (by approximately 8%),
required account deposits (to incorporate increase in administrative and facilities fees), and
meter testing fee (from $100 to $125).
Water and sewer user fee rates remain unchanged.
