Water Service Interruption Notice

A water service interruption is necessary to make repairs on a water main in the area of Dorsey Street and Academy Street Extended. This interruption will occur on Monday, December 15, 2025 between 11:00am –5:00am. These times are approximate and may be shortened or extended depending on working conditions. The impacted addresses include:
- 3 Dorsey Street
- 7 Dorsey Street
- 11 Dorsey Street
- 12 Dorsey Street
- 16 Dorsey Street
- 20 Dorsey Street
- 100 Dorsey Street
- 106 Dorsey Street
- All of Academy Street Extended
When water service is restored, you may experience air in your service or cloudy water. If this occurs, run the cold side of your faucet until the water clears.
Helpful hint: Filling your bathtub with several gallons of water before the interruption may help with some household needs for nonpotable water during the outage.
