Paving Notice for the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center
Portions of the parking lot serving the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center are scheduled for milling and resurfacing September 19-20, 2025. Equipment failures or inclement weather may affect this schedule. Directional signage will be provided to direct foot and vehicular traffic.
All offices will be open on Friday, September 19th and accessible via the Employee Entrance at the rear of the building. The Town of Berryville drive-through will be closed, but the Clarke County drive-through will be open.
On Friday evening, the parking lot will be available for the concert at Barns of Rose Hill.
The Clarke County Library will be closed on Saturday, September 20th. There will be no access to the Library drop box on either Friday or Saturday.
During the project, please expect:
• Construction from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and extended hours as needed.
• Restricted parking and vehicular travel lane closures as required during operations.
• Noise, vibrations, dust, and other disruptions associated with construction activities.
• Planned and unplanned access interruptions.
